Orders placed before 9:00 PM on a working day are delivered within 1 to 3 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is €6.95 in the Netherlands, free on orders over €50. To Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg it is €13.00, and €6.50 on orders over €50.
Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days after the day you receive your order, then send the products back within a further 14 days. You may inspect or try a product as you reasonably would in a shop, and it should come back with its original tags and packaging.
Return postage for a change of mind is your own. If a product is faulty, damaged or not the product you ordered, contact us first and we will arrange and cover the return. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order.
